1. The first step is to fill out the assessment form.  To complete the assessment form, please ensure you have the following ready:
* A passport-sized photograph
* Your original passport
* Copies of your academic qualifications (degrees, diplomas, certificates) CV/ Resume

2. After filling the assessment form. We’ll review your documents to determine your eligibility. You’ll hear from us by email.

3. Once your eligibility for the visa is determined, We will send you a legal contract. This contract is between you and us, which you have to read carefully and sign and send it back to us.

4. After signing the contract, you will have to pay the registration fee £49.

5. After the registration we will scheduled the interview with your employer. Kindly keep a close eye on your email inbox for the interview invitation. The interview will be conducted using the Zoom or Skype platform.

6. If you pass the interview then you will receive an offer letter from the employer. You’ll find all the important specifics about your job, such as salary, benefits, start date, and reporting structure, in your official job offer letter. You have to sign the offer letter and send it back to us.

7. After received your signed offer letter, You will be required to make a security deposit of £425. (This deposit will be fully refunded upon your arrival in the UK and completion of our in-office verification process. The security deposit is required to ensure the candidate’s commitment to the sponsorship. Should the candidate decline the sponsorship after acceptance, the deposit will be forfeited.)

8. After received your security deposit, Your employer will start the process of getting you the necessary paperwork to work in the UK. The employer will submit an application to the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for your Certificate of Sponsorship. You can expect to receive your Certificate of Sponsorship within 2-3 weeks. Once we receive the (CoS), you need to get a TB Test, Police Clearance Certificate and Biometric Certificate.

9. After we receive your Certificate of Sponsorship from the UK Home Office, we will submit your visa application to the embassy. You will be responsible for paying the visa application fees £284 directly to the embassy as part of the visa application process. 

10. Once you have paid the required application fee to the embassy, the typical processing time for your visa application is between 3 to 6 weeks.

11. After receive your visa, We’ll arrange for you to have an appointment at the VFS Global Centre closest to your location.

12. You must personally visit the embassy/consulate to obtain your visa sticker.

13. After receiving your visa, book your flight to the UK and visit our office upon arrival.
